The purpose of this survey is to gain input from Ohio City residents about the new PLAYGROUND they would like to see at Fairview Park. The City of Cleveland is in the process of initial design and would appreciate feedback on the form and functionality along with the overall design aesthetic of the PROPOSED PLAYGROUND.
