General Health Information
Listen to and follow the directions of State and Local authorities and the Center for Disease Control: stay at home and avoid close contact with others. Wash your hands often with soap and water or with hand sanitizer. Find the latest recommendations at cdc.gov/coronavirus.
If you have symptoms (headache, fever, cough, difficulty breathing, muscle pain), stay at home. Call MetroHealth’s hotline at (440) 592-6843 or contact your physician. You can schedule a virtual visit if you have a physician at Cleveland Clinic or University Hospitals.

Give & Get Help with Cleveland Pandemic Response
Cleveland Pandemic Response is designed to facilitate community preparedness and recovery. Residents can request help or sign up to donate and volunteer. Organizations can help by clicking “I Represent a Local Organization” at the upper-right.
Unemployment Benefit Informaton
If you are unemployed, or have been laid-off due to social-distancing practices, apply for benefits at unemployment.ohio.gov or call (877) 644-6562.

Emergency Loans
Emergency loans up to $1,500 may be available from HFLA of Northeast Ohio for anyone impacted by COVID-19, interest free. Apply at interestfree.org or call (216) 378-9042.
Internet Access
Spectrum is offering free broadband and Wi-Fi access for 60 days to households with K-12 and/or college students who do not already have a Spectrum broadband subscription and at any service level up to 100 Mbps. To enroll, call 1 (844) 488-8395. Installation fees will be waived for new student households.
Comcast is also offering two free months of internet service to all qualified, low-income households. You may cancel at any time or continue the service at $9.95 per month. To enroll, call 1 (855) 846-8376 or visit internetessentials.com.
Small Business Resources

Honeycomb Credit assists small businesses with loans up to $50,000 with a 6-month interest-only period.
SharedWork Ohio is a voluntary layoff aversion program. It allows workers to remain employed and employers to retain trained staff during times of reduced business activity. Under a SharedWork Ohio plan, the participating employer reduces affected employees’ hours in a uniform manner.
Businesses will be eligible for an SBA disaster loan when Ohio is declared a disaster relief area. If your businesses would like to get on the list, call 216.522.4180 or email businesshelp@development.ohio.gov.

The City of Cleveland will post temporary "30 Minute Parking" zones along West 25th Street & Lorain Avenue to create pick up zones for the West Side Market and other neighborhood businesses. Please respect these zones to support businesses during the statewide restauraunt closure.
