Special Meeting of the Members

Voting: 8am-8pm in the Franklin Circle Parlor
Presentation: 6pm

The Ohio City Incorporated Board of Trustees has called for a Special Meeting of the Members for the purpose of approving:

• Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation
• Amended & Restated Code of Regulations (formerly known as by-laws)

All Ohio City residents are welcome to attend; however to be eligible to vote, you must be an Ohio City Incorporated member-in-good-standing 30 days prior to the meeting date, or by February 24, 2014. If you cast a vote at the 2013 Annual Meeting, or submitted a membership form to Ohio City Incorporated on or after March 19th, 2013, your membership is current. Associate members are not permitted to vote.

Food and beverage will be provided beginning at 6pm
